17 June 2026: Deadline for paper selection by panel chairs
22 June 2026: Conference registration opens
31 July 2026: Early bird deadline and registration deadline for inclusion of the paper in the Conference programme. Deadline for the registration to the social dinner
20 August 2026: Final deadline for Conference registration
Cancellation Policy
Conference registration may be cancelled and refunded until 8 August 2025. To request a refund, please send an email to the SISP Secretariat at segreteria@sisp.it by the above deadline. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Registation
Registration for the SISP 2026 Conference will open on 22 June 2026. The early bird rate will be available until 31 July 2026.
Conference registration will be available exclusively through the MySISP members’ area.
Conference Dinner
For SISP members participation fees for the conference dinner vary according to participants’ academic positions, as follows:
- Full and Associate Professors: €15
- Assistant Professors, postdoctoral researchers, PhD students, research fellows, and teaching affiliates: €10
A limited number of tickets is available for non SISP members and accompanying persons at a cost of €65. Participants are kindly requested to inform the SISP Secretariat of any accompanying guests by email.
For organizational reasons, requests to be scheduled on specific days of the Conference cannot be accommodated. Participants are therefore advised to ensure their availability for all days of the Conference.
Registration fees
Registration is mandatory and free of charge for all SISP members.
To participate in the Conference as a SISP member, you must submit your application for SISP membership by 10 July 2026.
For non-members, the registration fees are as follows:
