16 June 2025: Opening of conference registration
20 July 2025: Early bird registration deadline – after this date, discounted fees will no longer be available for non-registered participants
31 July 2025: Registration deadline to be included in the official conference programme
24 August 2025: Final deadline for conference registration
26 August 2025: Deadline for participants to upload papers to the MySISP platform
Please note that the conference will take place entirely in person. Remote or hybrid participation will not be available.
Registration & Fees
Conference registration will open on June 16, 2025, and close on August 24, 2025, which is the final deadline for all participants (both SISP members and non-members) to register for the event.
Registration will be available exclusively online on MySISP.
Registration is mandatory and free of charge for all SISP members.
To participate in the Conference as a SISP member, it is necessary to submit a membership application by 9 July.
For non-members, registration fees are as follows:

Cancellation Policy
Participants may withdraw from the conference and request a refund of the registration fee until August 8, 2025. To request a refund, please contact the SISP Secretariat at segreteria@sisp.it by the deadline. No refunds will be issued after this date.
Program
SISP will not produce a printed program for the upcoming conference. The electronic version of the program will be freely available to all participants.
Conference Social Dinner
We inform all interested participants that, due to the high number of requests received, no more seats are available for the social dinner scheduled for Friday, 5 September.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to create a waiting list.
